On the direction of Fr. Ajit Kumar Xess, SJ, Provincial, the Treasurer’s Office of Ranchi Jesuits under the leadership of Fr. Francis David Kullu, initiated the process of appointing an Account Support Staff on a contractual basis. Applications were invited for this opportunity, with the due date set for August 15, 2026.

As part of the recruitment and selection process, interviews and practical demonstration sessions were scheduled on Friday, August 21, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at Sadbhavna, Provincial’s Residence, Ranchi.  Out of 14 candidates, a total of 10 candidates participated in this stage of evaluation.

The interview panel comprised four members: Fr. Amar Beck, Fr. Deepak Toppo, Fr. Sanjay Kerketta Mr. Sunil Tigga (staff XISS). The practical examinations were conducted under the guidance of Fr. Francis David Kullu and the Treasurer’s Office staff, ensuring a thorough and transparent assessment of the candidates’ skills.

This recruitment initiative reflects the Province’s commitment to strengthening its administrative and financial support systems, thereby enhancing the mission and service of the Ranchi Jesuits.
